Planned Exercise and Workouts: should Needed For Adults


She placed fifth on flooring exercise after she had a step out of bounds. On the 2020 Olympic Games, Saraiva injured her ankle on her last tumbling pass on flooring throughout qualifications, thus, performing solely on flooring and stability beam. Saraiva ended the season competing on the Cottbus World Cup where she positioned first on floor exercise and second on stability beam behind teammate Andrade. She completed fifth on floor exercise. Individually she placed fifth within the all-round, second on balance beam behind Riley McCusker of the United States, and was co-champion on ground exercise alongside Abby Paulson of the United States. She positioned first on steadiness beam, second with her crew and fifth in the all-around. Individually she won gold on steadiness beam and flooring exercise. During qualifications Saraiva suffered an ankle harm on vault but still managed to qualify to the all-around ultimate in tenth place and the ground exercise last in first place. Despite the damage Saraiva competed on all 4 apparatuses, helping Brazil win the bronze medal behind the United States and Italy.


The following month she competed at the Brazilian Event Championships where she positioned first on steadiness beam and second on floor herbal fat oxidation support exercise behind Fidelis.
